We had a late arrival and our reservation at another hotel was not held. com, we quickly found an alternate option at the Radisson. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily explore downtown and visit City Creek and Temple Square. The hotel parking was convenient, and we appreciated the option to use it during our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. Our room, although not upgraded, was clean and well-equipped with amenities like a safe, fridge, microwave, TV. we had a pleasant stay at the Radisson.
There were a couple of minor inconveniences during our stay. The Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby, advertised as open daily, was closed on Sunday.

The hotel's location is fantastic, being close to downtown, Temple Square, and the convention center. Guests also appreciate the proximity to the airport. The rooms are comfortable with nice beds and sheets. The staff, especially Raul at the front desk, is friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers free parking with their Radisson rewards program.

The location was convenient, only 5 minutes walk to Temple Square. Visited few places in the center, not too far from the hotel. Stayed in a spotless and attractive room that was kept clean. The food was outstanding, great service.
