It was just a perfect match for a short stint in Salt Lake City with very good value for money. The desk chair in my room was covered in sticky liquid, but I enjoyed the clean, cold fridge and a huge TV. Just be ready for some cleanliness issues when checking in.

Convenient Location Balanced by Unfortunate Experience
Despite the major hiccup of an overbooked room leading to a confusing night, the location offered quick access to downtown attractions. However, be prepared for unexpected surprises, like potential communication issues and dining costs. I'd recommend confirming your reservation level prior to check-in for peace of mind.

We had an amazing time at this hotel with my friends! The location was perfect for visiting the nearby entertainment hub, and we loved our stay. We enjoyed catching a couple of shows on the flat-screen TV before hitting the Simmons Luxury Plush bed for a great night's sleep.
The check-in process was a bit frustrating due to the early check-in fee, which felt unnecessary since our room was already ready.

The location is superb, just a short walk from the convention center, making it very convenient. The breakfast was a highlight with delicious options, including crepes, and the staff in that area were exceptional. However, the front desk service was inconsistent, lacking enthusiasm and training, which affected our overall impression. The coffee shop was closed during our stay, leading to disappointment in convenience, and transportation to the airport was not provided, despite the visible vans outside.

We really enjoyed our time there. The staff was super friendly, and they even got us a late check-out without any hassle. It was such a relief after a long day at the convention.
It wasn't inexpensive, but considering the convenience of location, I’d say it was acceptable.
